Rating by category:
The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is located at a good zone.
The breakfast inclued is just coffe and bread, if you want to eat more, you have to pay, the room wasn't cleaner and the internet terrible.
the hotel was clean, great location close to reforma, good service and modern rooms ( top floors )
the air conditioning was a bit noisy
The rooms wer modern and clean
Restaurant sevice was slow, no extra facilities like pool or gym
The location was great, safe part of town (we walked around at night a lot and havent seen anything bad happen), there is 7/11 just next to the hotel and restaurants in the streets behind the hotel, we got a great room (although unrenovated) in 11th floor with great view and big balcony - booked the economy room for 30 USD/night. The bell boys were more than nice and the receptionists (except one..) as well. Recommended - especially if budget oriented and not touchy about things being older (but clean!).
No late checkout for reasonable price but OK.. (we traveled at 21h for about 20h and we really wanted to take a shower before, but the receptionist said its not possible. IN some other hotels they would often let us shower for free..
I liked the location
Though I stayed at the most expensive rooms (Deluxe), this is barely a three star hotel. Cleanliness was really poor! I received the room in poor conditions, and though I spoke to the hotel staff (I even especially tipped a cleaning person) when I left, the room showed the same dust, hair on shower, etc that was there when I checked in. My shower did not drain properly and it took then tree days to repair it, and in the meantime I had to shower with my feet deep in dirty water. They knocked on my door every single morning at 9.15, "just to check" and sometimes I arrived at 6.00 p.m. and the room had not yet been made. No telephone directory, no Do not disturb sign.
Friendly staff. Spacious room. Restaurant on premises.
Location difficult to explain to taxi drivers. No AC - good fan though.
I liked the price of the hotel only .
I didn't like some of the servises in the restaurant and my room did not have ac and the matress are so old and uncomfortable the elevator did not work well.
Good location between zona rosa and historical center.
Rooms not clean, very noisy, no good singal of internet, toilet door coult not closed from the insede only outside, no tv remote control, after asking prommised to bring a new one this was not done. No safe avaible, but mentioned on the site.
It is well located and the room size was perfect for a 2 year old child.
the people are really kind and always tring to help
Friendly & helpful staff.. But as is true of everywhere in Mexico, you could struggle without Spanish, as only one member of staff spoke English to my knowledge. Spacious rooms and very quiet rooms. Free bottles of water every day. New sheets etc.each day. Location just behind main street: 'Paseo de la Reforma'. which made it very quiet from general traffic and street noise. Restaurant meals ok and reasonable price. Buffet breakfast ok. Web worked well in lobby and restaurant and they offer one hour free a day on the hotel computer. I used my laptop with no problems, and in privacy.the is a locker room to leave your suitcases after check out time. and taxis to airport. I paid a very low price but still got good service
Long way from Metro (altho buses very good) lack of maps or tourist info. unless you asked for it. Lots of fluff under bed!! - never saw or heard a vacuum cleaner!! Web didn't work in room on 8th floor
I took the cheapest room, and even this one was very confortable, good space
well, the towels were with a bit of wholes, but as soon you say it they change them, if you ask for something they give it
It was a large room with lots of space. It was one block from the main Avenue of the city.
At around 930am every morning you had a knock at the door from staff to just be told Sorry wanted to make sure you were in, even if the room was paid for inadvance. You must have the do not disturb sign out for this not to happen. If you had the do not disturb sign on all day you would get called asking if you want the room serviced. I could not put any charges, eg: restaurant or laudry on the room, I had to pay as I go, this is the first time this has ever happened in any country I have visited. I answered the door one day to be told it is ok we wanted to fumigate the room if you were out.
The view was fantastic; the location was very convenient; the room and bathroom had very recently been updated and were very nicely done. The food was good and the dining room staff attentive.
One of our needs, wi-fi in our room, which was promised on their website and on Booked.net didn't work and in our 4 days at the hotel the problem was never addressed by the front desk staff despite our asking more than once.
